I ordered a snake chain necklace from KOTY and was disappointed with the product.
The necklace was listed as 42 cm on the website, but when measured properly — including the clasp extension — it only reaches 40–40.5 cm. Otherwise a beautiful product. After some back-and-forth, they compensated by creating a discount code and could get another beautiful necklace.
